hi, i'm jenna!
I’m an experienced therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to personal growth and better mental health. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, and disordered eating and I'm passionate about helping people overcome these challenges and regain control of their lives.

My own experience with therapy over the years has helped me immensely, and it's what initially inspired me to become a therapist more than 14 years ago. I feel it's important to "walk the talk", so personal therapy is something I continue to be consistent with because I firmly believe that working on myself makes me a better human and a better therapist for my clients.

People often describe me as a calm, kind, and approachable person who's easy to open up to. I'm also a big introvert, which lends itself well to my work as a therapist as I'm a natural listener and observer.​​
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy. Different methods work for different people, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies to tailor my approach to your specific needs and goals.​

I believe it's important to stay current on the best practices for treating OCD, anxiety, and disordered eating so I regularly consult with fellow therapists, engage in clinical supervision, and participate in specialized training in these areas. ​

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my husband and our adorably anxious cockapoo, Toby.​

​​As a dedicated homebody, I love hanging out at home, where I keep myself busy with organization projects, practicing yoga, reading, and enjoying never-ending rewatches of my favorite shows like The Office, Friends, and Gilmore Girls.​
​
I've always been into arts and crafts and love making handmade cards, ornaments, and little gifts for my family and friends. I love a good craft project.

I'm known for my love of brunch and baking, and I could happily discuss Taylor Swift's discography for hours on end if prompted.
​
I also love to travel - some of my favourite trips have taken me to Thailand, Bali, Portugal, BC, Greece, and Amsterdam. The next stops on my bucket list are Spain and Japan.
